Hello! I am offering yet more advice.
When you get stressed, or you can't think, I always find that if you calm down, then it often helps. But that's the hardest bit. Maybe if you read a book or watched a short video or something, you often forget about the thing that's bothering you, and you get absorbed into whatever you're doing to calm yourself down. Then, when you come back to it, it's much easier.
